What if I find that a certain part of the light is not work after installation?

Please try the following steps:

a. Reinstall the light and make sure there is no gap between each section.

b. Swap the middle two sections of the light.

What if the remote is not working?

Please confirm the following:

Whether the insulating piece at the bottom of the remote has been removed.

Why is the brightness of the light so dim?

If the light brightness is not enough, it may be due to insufficient voltage , please use 5V/2A or more adapter to connect.
