Will I receive the basket folded?

Yes, like any other cotton rope basket or clothing item bought online, they all come folded up flat understandable for shipping purposes, otherwise the delivery fees could be higher than the product itself.

Can this storage basket be washed in a washing machine?

These baskets are made with high quality natural thick cotton rope, which is the best for home storage.

It is machine washable, with delicate cycle, and it can be dried it in a ventilated room.

Other brands baskets have weird odor, how about Chat Blanc?

Easy, we don’t use weird chem treatments on our cotton, in fact we couldn’t resisted and developed our own mix of cotton fibres that make the end product soft and strong in the same time.

After a week or so of usage, the rope becomes a bit “poofy”.

The basket arrived folded, how can i make it round?

The most efficient way you can reshape the baskets is to first stuff it with blankets or pillows for 2-3 days and then steam iron the creases.

Because we use expensive dense cotton rope, sometimes it takes about 30 mins of steaming to look tidy.

Will this stay open when empty?

Definitely Yes! Just keep in mind that when you receive it to stuff it with as many blankets or pillows as you can for 2-3 days and then steam iron the creases.
