GENERATION 10 (G10) CERAMIC – For more than a decade, we have continuously perfected our Duralon Ceramic Coating. G10 Duralon Blue is exceptional in every category. It heats fast and evenly; releases food effortlessly; and is extraordinarily durable. The ceramic coating is not *chemically* nonstick but gets pretty darn close.
DURALON BLUE HARDNESS – Hardness is rated at 9H. Since diamond is rated at 10H, it is extremely strong. It has HIGH resistances to abrasion, corrosion, and acid meaning. It won’t chip or discolor and will retain its non-stick properties longer.
