This strip is made to test the pH of beer mash when homebrewing. It is recommended that you take a sample of your mash and test that, instead of dipping the strip directly in your beer. This test will not work on distilled water or tap water, if you are testing either of those and not beer you will not get an accurate reading.

Instructions:

Remove one Beer pH test strip from the vial.Dip the test pad into the solution being tested for 1-2 seconds.Remove the strip, and compare against the color chart after 10-15 seconds.
